Movie Maker 10 is a free program that allows users to put together very basic clips. It is easy to use and, but as a free program, it does come with certain limitations.
The program does allow users to make a good amount of edits. You can combine clips, trim them, add graphics, captions, music, and more. If you have even a modicum of experience with programs like this, you should be fine to use it without much difficulty. Furthermore, if you need help learning how to use this program, it's not hard to find, as there are other videos online that can explain the program's various features. This isn't surprising: With more than five million users, it makes sense that the program would be extensively supported and relatively popular.
For a free program, this does offer a relatively extensive array of projects. Dozens of filters and features are available for the free use of the program.
